Seems like these folks are a little too worried about the most remote and minor "problems" occurring within the city of Manchester and not focused on the bigger issues most small towns seem to suffer from, like concentrated criminal activity within the confines of their own city. And they wonder why no one really has respect for them anymore...
Arrested here while driving through last September. This has to be the WORST experience I've had with the police force to date. (And I'm not just saying that because I got arrested...)
Terrible service... Seems like some shady officers and dont want to help whwn you need it. Sad to say i live in this town. And the police wonder why there not trusted and liked
(P.S.: Two grams will cost you a chilling $1,010 here. Just don't bother bringing marijuana anywhere near this place, as these people have nothing better to do than harass stoners and/or black people.)

When it realy counts they just don't care to help
I was constantly being harassed and ogled by one of the officers, and patronized at every chance they could utilize. I'll make mention that I was arrested for simple possession (2 grams of marijuana, which is just a misdemeanor) but I was treated like a felon, complete with handcuffs, a bondsman, and multiple officers following me everywhere I went.
